Shipping policy

ShopBuild provides digital services, ecommerce consulting, Shopify audits, SEO reviews, Google Ads and Meta Ads reviews, action plans and implementation support.

We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. As a result, physical shipping, parcel tracking, delivery delays and change of mind product returns do not apply to ShopBuild services.

How services are delivered

ShopBuild services may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Zoom or online meetings
  • Email communication
  • Written notes, recommendations or action plans
  • Website, Shopify or ecommerce platform reviews
  • Screen sharing or recorded walkthroughs where agreed
  • Implementation work completed directly inside agreed platforms where access has been provided

Free ecommerce fit check

The free ecommerce fit check is delivered online through Zoom or another agreed communication method.

This is a short 15-minute call designed to understand your current situation and recommend the best next step. It is not a full audit, written report or implementation session.

Paid consultations and audits

Paid consultations and audits are delivered according to the service booked, the information provided and any agreed scope.

Before the session or review, you may be asked to provide your website URL, business background, main challenges, screenshots, platform access or other relevant information.

Implementation work

If implementation support is agreed, delivery timeframes will depend on the scope of work, platform access, client approvals, third-party tools, technical limitations and the information provided.

Any estimated timeframe is an estimate only unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Client access and delays

Some services may require access to Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, apps or other ecommerce platforms.

Delays in providing access, feedback, information, files or approvals may delay the delivery of the service.

No physical shipping

ShopBuild does not ship physical goods. No postage fees, delivery charges or physical tracking numbers apply to our services unless otherwise agreed for a specific project.
